Whether you're relocating to Phoenix, comparing neighborhoods, or simply have questions about the Valley, I'd be happy to help point you in the right direction.

There’s no pressure here, and I mean that. A lot of people reach out months, or even a year, before they’re ready to move. That’s honestly the best time to start!
Here’s how it usually goes:
1. You send a note, call, or text. Tell me what you’re trying to figure out. Maybe it’s which area fits your family, or whether it’s a good time to sell. Maybe you just want to know what Anthem’s commute is really like at 7 AM. Rough is fine. You don’t need a polished plan.
2. Reach out anytime, and I’ll get back to you during my hours, Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM.
3. We talk it through. If you’re out of state, we can do it by phone or video. I’ll ask about your work, your commute, what a normal week looks like, and what you can’t live without. From there I can point you to the two or three areas that actually fit. Sometimes that list surprises people!
4. You decide what’s next. Some folks want to start touring right away. Others want to read up first, and that’s what the Guides and Living in Phoenix pages are for. If you’re selling, the Buy or Sell page has a quick home value request.
Where I work: Scottsdale, North Phoenix, Anthem, North Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Carefree, Glendale and Rio Verde. Each one has its own neighborhood page if you want a feel for it first.
Coming from out of state? Grab the free North Valley Relocation Checklist on the homepage. It covers utilities, HOA questions and desert living, plus the stuff locals know that listings don’t show.
Moving with a VA loan, or looking for room for horses, hunting gear or the outdoors? I work with buyers like you all the time, so just tell me what you need.
And if we’ve already worked together, I’d really appreciate a quick Google review. It helps other people find me more than you’d think.
