That comes partly from my background — I spent years on the escrow side before I ever sold a house, which means I've seen deals go right and seen exactly where they go wrong. That's the lens every client gets, whether we're talking about your first home or your fifth. At the end of the day, a home isn't just a transaction — it's where your life happens next. My job is to make sure you walk into that decision with your eyes open, not just a good feeling about the kitchen.
Real estate isn't a second career for me — it's twenty-plus years of it, on both sides of the business. I spent nearly seven years in commercial leasing and brokerage support before moving into residential, and I still lean on that background today handling commercial client relationships for my team. Before that, escrow: transaction coordination, contract administration, notarial services, compliance — the parts of a deal that have to be right, every time, with no exceptions. That's the lens I bring to every buyer and seller I work with now.
I grew up in San Diego, moved to Prescott in 2003, and landed in the Valley in 2005. Since then I've lived just about everywhere I now help clients navigate — Queen Creek, the Tempe/Scottsdale border, Desert Ridge, North Phoenix in 2009, and my current home further north since 2014. My kids go to school in Anthem, and day to day, my life happens right in the areas this site is built around. When we head out for camping, hunting, and weekends away, that's up north out of the Valley — and it's part of why I lean into working with hunting and outdoor-minded buyers who want easy access to that same lifestyle.
